Landlords and letting agents. For more information on how to join the North West Property Owners Association please submit the following information. We will send you an information pack once received.

Membership runs from the 1st of April to the 31st of March each year. Membership costs depend on which month you join, with reduced costs for new members joining part way through the year. This month, costs are £80 for private memebrs and £130 for companies. If you join between January 1st and April 1st in any year, your membership will run until March 31st the following year.

We consider you a company if you manage properties for others.

You may pay on line with your credit or debit card. Please fill in the application form first, you will then be taken to the payment system.
